Promote creativity, get artists paid, foster collaboration in and outside of Creators Float. We’re here to support creatives and provide a hub for people to practice their expression while helping make the arts financially viable.
(Note that, while the artists retain all ownership of their contributions, the art submitted will be shared with and accessible by members of the community and/or publicly, to help facilitate the spirit of collaboration and iteration.)

One of the main tenets of Creators Float is growth of artists, individually and collectively. In this project, we encourage you to dig through your old work. Find something you made at a younger age and reexamine what the work means to you now. Projects must be submitted with a digital copy of the original work, an updated take, and an artist’s note concerning the creative process of creating this project from initial to final draft.
The ultimate intent of this project is to combine the work for an NFT series and digital art show launch to showcase the artists participating in the collective. All contributing artists will share revenue from proceeds and be invited to speak at the digital arts show.
$20.00 (1 submission per artist), plus equal share of NFT profits after a 20% Creators Float Tithe.
Musicians Float
Music
We’re looking to compensate musicians for work that can help serve as inspiration for other artists, or act as springboards for further collaborations between you and any listeners who’d like to become involved with you as a creator. Send us a recorded sample of an original musical piece you’re comfortable sharing (beats, melody, notation, or lyrics) to help add to a growing library of audible works. Submissions will be compensated based on length.
$10 per 30-60 second piece
$20 per 90 second-3 minute piece
Photo-narrative Collection
Photography
Send us some of your photography! We’re looking for original pieces that bear personal relevance, as we generate an ongoing body of community work that creators can reference, cite, and build from. Submissions should include a photograph of yours that you find particularly evocative, and/or of which you’re proud, along with a brief (450-500) word artist statement detailing any elements (e.g. circumstance, location) that contribute to the piece’s meaning.
$10 per submission

We’re on the hunt for some creators to help generate content and post community updates for our blog. Entries can concern a variety of topics, from personal projects, to observations on the general artistic process and creative spirit. Submissions should range in length from 750-1200 words, and publication-ready (though we’re here to provide feedback prior to publishing, if necessary or desired).
